Richard over 45 had to be born before 1765....sist er Julia married five years after Cynthia, look for another sister,3 b rothers. John M., Leander were witnesses at the marriage of Cynthia i n 1819 to William Dunbar. John M. states that Cynthia is over 21 year s of age.
