James Cash

 General Notes:
Shortly after their marriage, James purchased 320 acres of land on Ced ar Creek in Granville Co. and prospered many years as a farmer. In 18 27 he purchased several hundred acres of land on Picture Branch Creekf rom his brother Bryant, and in 1832 sold his land located on Cedar Cre ek. In 1840 he sold the land he had purchased from his brother and di sappears from all records in Granville County.
James and Nelly had many children, but only James Jr. and John have be en identified with any certainty.
James married Nelly Walker, daughter of John Walker and Unknown, on Nov 27, 1807 in Granville Co., NC.
