After the death of his father, Claibourne Cash Wilson was raised by ou r great-grandfather and Mary's brother - Bennett F. Cash. Since Benne tt was a doctor, he felt the boy would be better off with them as theb oy was crippled. Claibourne Cash Wilson went onto graduate from colle ge and owned a pharmacy in the state of Iowa. (Claibourne's father,Jo hnathon Wilson, married Claibourne's mother sister after the death of Claibourne's mother -- See Sarah Harriet Cash.)
Claibourne married Elizabeth Harned, daughter of Sanford Harned and Evaline Galbreath, on Nov 18, 1852 in Hardin County, KY. (Elizabeth Harned was born on Dec 12, 1833 in Indiana and died on May 18, 1908 in What Cheer, Keokuk Co., Iowa.)
