I Mumford Dejarnatt do on this fifth day of August 1823 make this my l ast Will and Testament.
I will and bequeath to my wife and four children, all my estate, reala nd personal and I do hereby constitute and appoint my wife Franky H.De jarnatt executor and my son John P. Dejarnatt executor of this my las t Will and Testament and I hereby authorize and empower them to sellm y part of my estate real and personal so to them shall seem most expid iate. In witness, I have hereunto set my hand and seal the date above.

Mumford married Frances Hannah Pickett, daughter of James Pickett and Martha Terry, on Nov 12, 1798. (Frances Hannah Pickett was born in Aug 1780 in Anson Co., North Carolina and died in 1840 in Autauga Co., Alabama.)
