It has been passed down in the Cash family line that we were related t o our late President Harry S. Truman through this Truman line. This i nformation came to us from Harold Ray Cash, Sr. of Broken Arrow, OK. T he story has been told through the generations in his family.

William married Emily Cash, daughter of Claibourne Cash and Elizabeth Straughan, on Dec 27, 1843. (Emily Cash was born on May 13, 1821 in Howevalley, Hardin County, Kentucky and died on Dec 13, 1868.)
