Archibald Thompson 15, February 1793, Montgomery Co., VA 350 acres ont he Maiden Spring Fork of Clinch river and adjoining the land of JohnSh arp on the north east side. NOTE* I am not sure this our Archibald as there were many Archibald Thompson's in Montgomery Co., and this woul d make him only 19 years old when purchasing this land.
15, February 1793 Montgomery Co., VA on the south waters of the Maide n Spring fork of Clinch and adjoining the land he purchased of Sharp o n the south side. 120 acres.
On November 17, 1823 daughter Elcy and husband Robert Crandall put a q uit claim on the estate of Archibald Thompson.
Archibald's estate was appraised in 1808.
Archibald married Nancy Langdon, daughter of Samuel Langdon and Unknown, on Sep 21, 1795 in Montgomery Co., Virginia. (Nancy Langdon was born about 1774.)
